As with every project, the hardest step to take is usually the first one. All we can say, is don't worry! Give us a call or visit our working showroom to get a feel for what we can do for you. Let's have a talk about your ideas, and our team of skilled and experienced designers and engineers can offer their advice.
If you're happy with the quality of our work and would like to see what we can do for you, we'll organise a site visit - this is a free service to measure up and look at available space for what you want to achieve.
We will also discuss the layout, style, colour schemes. For kitchen creation, we look at how you use the space, and can design a bespoke solution incorporating specific appliances as required. We have access to a huge range of kitchen components to achieve your dream from traditional styling, to modern and contemporary. We can also supply a vast range of quality appliances.
Our designers will then create a visual concept using 3D design software showing outside and inside views.
Once we have a good idea, we'll invite you to visit our showroom and, if you haven't already done so, you may view our catalogue of completed projects. We can then discuss the plans and make any changes you feel may improve the way the room fits
around your lifestyle.
Once you are completely happy with the plans, contracts are drawn up specifying the works to be completed so we both have a clear agreement on the job. We will also set up a staged payment plan to help ease payments.
From the moment you pay your deposit, you are covered by a CPA (consumer
protection association) insurance backed guarantee scheme, for your peace of mind. This also applies to all further payments and works in progress.
If planning permission is required, we can handle all the paperwork and submission on your behalf. Please ask for further details on this.
The project will be managed by our experienced team, and you will be kept informed of progress as the project develops.
We take great pride in our projects from concept to completion, and following building works, you will be asked to sign a job completion questionnaire which ensures you are happy with the work. This is then sent to the CPA who feed the results back to us to allow us to monitor quality control. |
