We provide a visit your home for an initial survey to get measurements and talk about your ideals. Following this, we usually invite you along to our showroom to present our design concepts and advice. Each build has legal planning with the appropriate paperwork and a Certificate of Lawfulness. The actual build on average takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Once the build has been investigated and planned a contract is drawn up and a price will then be agreed.

Space4Living offer flexible payment plans tailored to suit your financial needs. A stage payment plan offers four stages of payment the deposit, stage one, stage two and completion. The buy now pay later plan offers you just one payment 12 months after completion with no deposit needed. We also offer another plan spread out over 5, 10 or 15 years at a fantastic low rate of 6.9%.
